What is Pilates?
Created in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, the exercises coordinate movement & breath together to work the smaller and deeper stabilizing muscles as much as the large muscle groups. It’s a challenging, low impact method that balances strength with mobility, aligns the body and strengthens the deeper muscles of the core.
