• What type of equipment do you have?

I have a Balanced Body Allegro reformer with Tower and a Stott stability chair along with other small apparatuses.

  • How many people can you train at once?

My space only allows for privates but am available to travel for group mat classes. 

  • Can I bring my child?

Newborns and infants (0-12 mos) are welcome to nap and hang out in their car seats! 

  • How long will it take to see results?

Clients typically see results in 10 - 15 sessions but feel results in just one

  • What is your teaching specialty?

My favorite aspect of teaching is helping people find core connections and getting them in touch with their body in ways they haven’t felt before. 

  • What is the difference between Pilates and Yoga?

Pilates is a physical method that uses specific targeted exercise to improve strength, flexibility & posture with particular focus on core. Yoga is an integrated health management system using breath, movement & meditation to unite mind, body & spirit.  

  • Does Pilates offer any cardio component?

Yes- you can attach a jumpboard to the end of the reformer and get cardio and the benefits of Pilates all in one!
