“I was always intimidated by Pilates before I tried it. I always thought it was exactly like Yoga, which is pretty difficult for me to perform. I was SO wrong. I am 55 years old now and have stuck with Brittany and Pilates the longest and has helped my body in ways I couldn’t imagine! I am NOT an athletic person and have never been in tune with my body. It’s the one workout I’ve stuck with consistently for years now and have seen tremendous results with. Not only have I felt more toned in my waist, but my core strength and posture have also really improved and as a result so has my lower back pain! Because of Pilates, my form has also improved when I do other workouts. Performing certain movements is hard with my some lower back and hip issues but modifying movements have been my best friend and I’m still able to achieve the same results while still having a challenging workout. I love Pilates, I love Brittany who keeps me in check with my form and how I do things and I love my sessions with her. 10/10 I will continue to come back!”

“Brittany was the first person to introduce me to Pilates and I could tell from my first class that this is something she is so passionate about. during each class, she takes time talking me through or demonstrating every move to make sure I’m doing it correctly. she is very knowledgeable about the body and how to target specific areas I want to focus on. she shows me exercises I have never done before that have really helped my strength. Every time I take a session with her, I leave feeling so much better than when I arrived. Her sessions are always fun and make me actually enjoy working out!”
